Caroline M. Timmins

Caroline is a Marriage and Family therapist with over 15 years of experience and a passion for offering struggling individuals and couples renewed hope. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Biola University and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.

Caroline works with individuals and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, postpartum mood disorders, trauma and relational conflicts. She is trained in Lifespan integration, a highly effective treatment for processing trauma such as childhood sexual and emotional abuse.

Trained in family systems , Caroline enjoys helping couples prepare for marriage, navigate marital conflicts, and recover from infidelity. She also helps people develop better boundaries and improve communication in their families, .

Caroline combines her clinical expertise in mental health and family dynamics with a deep love and respect of biblical truth. While some clients are looking for this integration, Caroline realizes that faith is a journey and welcomes people at whatever point they may be along that path.

Caroline is credentialed as a Washington State Clinical supervisor for associate level therapists.

Caroline and her daughter Kaelyn Timmins, are the founders of the Pacific Northwest Faith + Work + Leadership Forum. This was created to encourage people of faith in their work and to provide opportunities for growth in Christian leadership.
